• Experience leading school improvement and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Headteacher in strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school.
• Lead and inspire staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
• Drive school improvement through monitoring, evaluation, and curriculum development.
• Promote high expectations for behaviour, achievement, attendance and wellbeing.
• Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents, governors and the wider community.
• Deputise for the Headteacher when required.
