Job summary

Maple House School in Birmingham seeks a Deputy Headteacher to join the Senior Leadership Team and drive school improvement for pupils with SEND. You will shape a strategic, personalised curriculum and ensure high standards of teaching and assessment across a specialist therapeutic setting.

Working with the Headteacher, you will implement the School Development Plan, monitor progress, coach staff, and uphold safeguarding and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading school improvement.
• Experience of SEND provision and inclusive practices.
• Strong data-driven approach to pupil progress.
• Experience coaching teachers and leading professional development.
