Reporting to the Headteacher, you will lead curriculum development, quality assurance and professional development, using assessment data and observations to secure strong pupil outcomes and an ambitious, inclusive educational experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in school improvement and curriculum leadership.
• Experience leading teaching and learning in SEND settings.
• Strong data use to drive pupil progress and accountability.
• Ability to coach staff and build a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development and assessment across the school.
• Oversee quality assurance and staff professional development.
• Work with Headteacher to implement School Development Plan.
• Lead safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing across pupils.
