Highfields Primary Academy in Burntwood is seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the school's development and ensure every child achieves their best within the Primitas Learning Partnership.

Located in the heart of Burntwood, the academy provides a supportive environment with focus on inclusion, safeguarding and high standards. Start date January 2027 or sooner by negotiation.

Salary: £57134-£63067 (Negotiable depending on experience)


Hours: Full Time


Contract type: Permanent


Start Date: January 2027 (or sooner by negotiation)
