  2. Has a track record of successfully implementing whole school strategies that improve pupil outcomes and raise aspirations.
  3. Can work collaboratively with key stakeholders, communicating clearly to build effective working relationships, whilst also championing best practice that secures excellent outcomes for all pupils.
In return we offer:
  1. Great opportunities for continuing professional development and a career pathway across the trust.
  2. A team of hardworking, dedicated, and friendly staff where everyone is valued.
  3. The benefit of working in a highly collaborative multi-academy trust.
  4. Membership of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme, which the trust also contributes to on your behalf.
  5. Recognition of previous service with other schools, academies, local government, etc.
  6. Access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), delivered by Health Assured – the UK and Ireland's leading wellbeing provider.
  7. Good public transport links via Tyne and Wear Metro and road links from the A19 and A1058 Coast Road.
