At our specialist day school in Surrey, we understand that progress doesn’t always come in big leaps. Sometimes, just sitting through a lesson is a major achievement – and we celebrate those moments. As our new Deputy Head Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in creating and recognising these moments, helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and a range of additional challenges achieve their own version of success.

Working closely with the Head Teacher, you’ll shape the school’s vision and lead the team to deliver outstanding education and support. You’ll build strong relationships, foster a positive learning environment, and ensure every child leaves with pride in what they’ve accomplished.
