We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher for our New Options Autism School – Hemlock Stone School in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire. The school will have capacity for 66 pupils and is due to open March 2026.
Our New Options Autism School will cater for pupils who have ASC and Complex Needs.
Through your knowledge and passion, you will have a real impact on the lives of pupils and young people.
For over 16 years, Options Autism has provided care and education to pupils and adults with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.
About the role
To provide a high-quality education service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and practices and the standards set by the Regulatory Body. To work with the Head Teacher, leadership team, and other stakeholders to secure high standards throughout the school.
