Highfield Ely Academy in Ely, Cambridgeshire is seeking a Deputy Headteacher to work with the Headteacher to deliver strategic leadership and drive the school's direction.
You will lead initiatives for pupils with complex needs, contribute to curriculum development, support staff wellbeing, and foster partnerships across the Active Learning Trust.
The role offers a full-time permanent contract with a competitive salary on the ALT Leadership scale.

The Deputy Headteacher will work with the Headteacher to deliver strategic leadership and, with others, lead and develop the strategic direction of the school. Operationally, the Deputy Headteacher will help to develop, implement and evaluate the school’s practices and ensure resources are efficiently and effectively managed.
