Job summary

The Deputy Headteacher at Highfield Ely Academy, part of the Active Learning Trust, will work with the Headteacher to deliver strategic leadership and develop the school's direction. They will help to implement and evaluate practices and ensure resources are managed efficiently.

This role seeks an inspirational leader with vision and experience in curriculum development, leading staff wellbeing, and building partnerships across the Trust to drive excellence for every pupil.

Job description

The Deputy Headteacher will work with the Headteacher to deliver strategic leadership and, with others, lead and develop the strategic direction of the school. Operationally, the Deputy Headteacher will help to develop, implement and evaluate the school's practices and ensure resources are efficiently and effectively managed.
