Join to apply for the Deputy Headteacher role at Oxford Outcomes.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher to join our new Options Autism School - Bradford Beacon School in Bradford, West Yorkshire, opening September 2025. The school will cater to 37 pupils aged 4-11 with complex needs including ASC. Options Autism has over 16 years of experience providing education for neurodivergent young people, and as part of Outcomes First Group, we lead with innovative approaches that deliver measurable outcomes.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience (not pro-rata)
  • Monday to Friday, Term Time only
  • Start: September 2025
  • Permanent position

Role Overview: To provide high-quality education aligned with company policies and standards, working with the Head Teacher and team to maintain high standards. Responsibilities include safeguarding, assessment, curriculum coordination, behavior support, and team collaboration.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience teaching pupils with SEMH and/or challenging behaviors
  • Experience with complex needs
  • Staff management experience
  • Budget management skills
  • Degree and QTS
