Location: Guildhall Yard East

About The Team

The National Economic Crime Victim Care Unit (NECVCU) within Victim Services provides assessments and supports victims referred from Action Fraud, commissioning services to meet their needs.

About The Role

The Deputy Service Delivery Manager will oversee both non-vulnerable and vulnerable victim support services, with day-to-day line management responsibility for one team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to Team Leaders and supervisory staff within NECVCU.
  • Recommend support options to other agencies and approved service providers.
  • Oversee data recording, monitor performance against targets, and ensure service quality.
  • Contribute to the development and review of unit processes.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve service delivery issues.
Requirements

Examples of experience needed include:

  • Proven management of teams delivering customer-focused services.
  • Experience in monitoring activities and meeting performance standards.
  • Experience in change management programs.
  • Ability to oversee data management, performance, and processes in victim care services.
  • Strong leadership skills.

Selection Process
