Location: Hillingdon Manor School, Uxbridge, Greater London UB8 3HD
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum dependent on experience
Hours: 38.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

Are you an innovative Deputy Headteacher committed to improving the lives of pupils and young people?
As Deputy Head Teacher for the Secondary School, you will oversee Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, and Personal Development. You will have direct line management for Assistant Head Teachers and oversight of the education staff team.
You will collaborate with other Deputy Head Teachers and support the Head Teacher to maintain high standards in line with the Independent School Standards.
This permanent role suits a proactive individual with senior leadership experience, ideally with SEN experience, but candidates from other sectors with relevant skills are welcome. Knowledge of Trauma-Informed Approaches and Positive Behaviour Management is essential, with training provided.
Hillingdon Manor provides specialist education for 185 pupils aged 3.5 to 19 across two sites. Our Secondary School supports around 125 students in smaller class sizes, working towards various qualifications based on individual needs.
