In addition to the main aspect of this role the suitable candidate will also be required to support at one of our other academies on a regular basis.

The specific areas of this role will be agreed with the right candidate. You Must Have

• Experience of and interest in the leadership of Inclusion & SEND
• Successful experience leading an area of improvement
• The ability to identify and implement successful safeguarding, inclusion strategies for all pupils and SEND
• Excellent understanding of curriculum and pedagogical issues, including recent developments within the primary phase
• Effective pastoral and behaviour management skills at middle or senior leadership
• The ability to develop excellent relationships
• Delivering CPD and supporting the development of teachers at different levels of experience
• Understanding of strategies that enable pupils to make excellent progress
• Able to demonstrate resilience, and willing to face new challenges with enthusiasm and positivity.
