Job summary

Exeter College is seeking a Group Deputy Head of Student Experience, Careers and Tutoring to lead enrichment, careers education and tutorials for 16–19 learners at the North Devon College campus, with travel to Exeter as required. You’ll split your timetable to focus on leadership while preserving strong teaching and student achievement across a diverse student body.

Responsibilities

• Lead the student experience across the North Devon College campus and travel to Exeter as required.
• Develop and deliver enrichment, careers education and tutorials for 16–19 learners.
• Work with colleagues to create an inclusive, ambitious student experience where learners belong and succeed.
• Lead and support teaching teams while turning ideas into action and measurable outcomes.
