Fitzwilliam Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK Operations, is recruiting a Deputy Head of Clinical Services to oversee clinical operations across group sites and support the Head of Clinical Services. You will drive patient pathway improvements, provide clinical direction, and deputise when required.

The role requires unrestricted clinical registration and proven experience managing clinical departments, with involvement in clinical audit and governance to sustain high standards of patient

Deputy head of clinical services at Fitzwilliam Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK Operations, sharing oversight of clinical operations across the group's sites. The core work is supporting the operational management of clinical services, improving patient pathways, advising nursing teams and deputising for the Head of Clinical Services. The post is linked to a third site opening in 2027 at Thorpe Wood, with two theatres for day case, diagnostics and out-patient work. Unrestricted professional clinical registration and experience managing clinical departments are required.
