Job Title: Deputy Head Housekeeper

Location: St Andrews, Fife

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury experience to all guests, building relationships, and anticipating their every need. As Deputy Head Housekeeper, you will assist the Executive Housekeeper with the day-to-day running of the Housekeeping department.

A little bit about what you will be doing:

• Provide friendly and efficient service through effective recruitment, induction, training, and development policies as measured by low turnover and high guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all activities are in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist with staff training to ensure all staff deliver a superior cleaning service in rooms and public areas according to standards set by the Executive Housekeeper.
• Check rooms and public areas daily, completing cleaning duties as necessary.
• Coordinate staff training, keep records up to date, and ensure staff attend all relevant training courses.
• Regularly check and clean all equipment used by associates.
