Head Housekeeper at HC-One

As a Head Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include ensuring the home remains spotless for residents, managing the cleaning rota, leading by example, planning laundry, ordering cleaning supplies, and staying updated on infection control procedures, always prioritizing residents' wellbeing.

We are looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper with proven leadership, record keeping, and time management skills. You should have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH regulations, and infection control. Essential qualities include positive energy and a natural ability to communicate kindly and considerately with residents and colleagues.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. Attendance at safeguarding training is required, along with the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
