The role:

As a Deputy Head Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing your team to achieve their best and maintain high standards.
• Has experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and working with the team to coach on the go.
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Loves celebrating success and recognizing individual needs.
