Job summary

Tollesbury School in Maldon, Essex, is seeking a Deputy Headteacher to support the Headteacher in shaping strategic direction and strengthening teaching and learning. The role requires an outstanding classroom practitioner with leadership experience and a commitment to an inclusive, nurturing curriculum.

The successful candidate will be visible, empathetic and able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families while driving data-informed improvement and curriculum excellence.
