Hall & Woodhouse, a Dorset-based brewer owning 150+ premium pubs and inns, is recruiting a Deputy General Manager for the Wiremill. This lakeside site offers great food, drink and hospitality in a countryside setting, with a clear pathway to GM.

The role includes leadership of diverse teams, kitchen oversight, and driving outstanding guest experiences, with a salary up to £37K plus tips, profit share and bonus. Relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in branded hospitality settings.
• Ability to oversee kitchen and food production with attention to quality.
• Commercially minded operator with a track record of growth in hospitality.
