Job summary

The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a Deputy General Manager for The Three Swans, Market Harborough, to lead from the front and deliver exceptional guest experiences across a busy hotel, bar and restaurant. You will drive high standards, mentor the team and ensure smooth daily operations with a dynamic, guest-focused approach.

Ideal candidates will have senior F&B or operations management experience, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to developing their career within our growing group.

• Experience in a senior Food & Beverage or Operations Manager role.
• Ability to lead from the front and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We are looking for a talented Deputy General Manager to join our team at The Three Swans, Market Harborough. As a 59 bedroom hotel with a variety of conference and event rooms, a busy bar and restaurant we are always busy! We're looking for a Deputy Manager to lead from the front, engaging our guests and our team to deliver a great experience when staying with us! You will have previous experience in a senior Food & Beverage or Operations Manager role and are looking to work in an environment where no two days are the same! As part of the Coaching Inn groups' 43 strong hotel group this could allow you to develop and progress your career to the next level!
