Job summary

The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a Deputy General Manager in Brockenhurst, England, to lead day-to-day hotel operations and inspire a high-performing team. You will drive exceptional guest experiences across our historic premises and ensure smooth shift management while promoting a culture of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading hotel teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Experience managing shifts and front-of-house operations.
• Strong people management, coaching and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across rooms and F&B to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Develop and mentor the team to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction.
