As Deputy Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager – running the show on busy shifts, keeping service smooth, the team happy, and the guests even happier. From rallying the troops to nailing stock control and smashing your KPIs – you’ll have your fingerprints on all the good stuff.

? What we’re looking for:

A people person through and through – you love a chat, lead with positivity, and know how to motivate a team

Some management/supervisory experience in hospitality – you know the drill

Great with the numbers – stock, rotas, and all that jazz

Cool under pressure and calm in a storm (especially when there’s 6 roast dinners left and 12 tickets down)

Passionate about creating five-star experiences without the fuss
