The Clapham North in South London is seeking a confident Assistant Manager to join the leadership team at a vibrant late-night venue.

You will lead from the front, drive standards, manage rota scheduling, ensure front of house compliance, and help run our packed events calendar with energy and a passion for hospitality.

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join the leadership team at The Clapham North — one of South London’s most vibrant late-night venues.

This is a liquor-led, high-energy pub that thrives on atmosphere, personality and consistently brilliant service. As Assistant Manager, you’ll lead from the front — driving standards, supporting the team, and playing a key role in delivering our packed weekly events calendar.

You’ll have a genuine passion for hospitality, a proactive approach to team development, and the organisational skills to keep a fast-paced venue running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

The Clapham North is a fast-paced, late-night venue with serious character.

During the week, we host everything from Neon Naked Life Drawing and Comedy Nights to Open Mic sessions and our famously outrageous quiz.

At weekends, we turn it up — live music, DJs until 3am, and old-school bangers filling the dancefloor.
