Job description

Randstad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Engineering Manager to join our team. You'll play a vital role in supporting our Engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of complex civil engineering projects.

What you'll be doing:

1. Support the Engineering team by mitigating risks and reviewing documents such as WPPs and ITPs.
2. Manage temporary works and provide technical support, including SCEW, NCRs, TQs, FCRs, materials, and drawings.
3. Ensure design changes are implemented correctly and collaborate with multiple teams.

What you'll bring:

• Proven Experience: A strong track record of working on major civil engineering projects and large infrastructure schemes.
• Technical Expertise: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Essential Qualifications: SMSTS certification and a valid CSCS card (White, White/Yellow, Red, Black, or Gold).
• Mobility: A driving license and access to a vehicle.
