The University of Edinburgh is seeking a Grade UE09 professional for the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Department. This full-time, permanent post (35 hours per week) is based at Charles Stewart House, 9-16 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, with potential for flexible/hybrid working arrangements.
You will provide strategic health, safety and biosafety leadership, enable competent advice, and work with the university community to deliver effective safety services and guidance.
Grade UE09: £63,606 - £78,469per annum

The University of Edinburgh is a world-class organisation. The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Department is part of the Corporate Services Group and provides a range of key activities that help the University to achieve its corporate objectives. This role will lead on the provision of specialist advice for the University and provide leadership to the Heads of the Radiation Protection, Biosafety and Chemical Safety Units. The role will involve implementing the strategy to deliver competent advice and services effectively for the University community.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week) and will be based at Charles Stewart House, 9-16 Chambers Street, Edinburgh; however, we are open to considering flexible working patterns.
