Job summary

King's Academy Ringmer is seeking a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to support safeguarding across the school. The role is 22.2 hours per week, roughly 3 days, requiring a Monday and Friday plus one other day by agreement.

Candidates with safeguarding experience and a pupil-centered approach are encouraged to apply. The post involves working with a proactive safeguarding team and sister leaders to ensure student welfare and safe practices within the academy.

Job description

Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead required to start asap. 22.2 hours per week (equivalent to 3 days a week - must be a Monday and a Friday plus one other day to be agreed with the successful candidate).

We are looking for someone who is pro-active, inclusive and a team player. This role is an important part of supporting our safeguarding team and students. We are looking for someone with previous safeguarding experience to work alongside our Designated Safeguarding Lead.
