The Global Real Estate Project Management team is responsible for the successful delivery of UK projects. Position Overview

As Deputy Design and Construction Project Management Head and Senior Project Manager (UK) in the Global Real Estate department, you will manage the delivery of workspaces focused on wellness, sustainability, flexibility, culture, and hospitality, in collaboration with key partners. You will develop, nurture, and manage teams, support regional initiatives, and oversee the entire project lifecycle from due diligence to construction, ensuring objectives are met within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop an execution strategy incorporating market nuances, best practices, and resource planning to optimize timing, cost, and business outcomes.
  2. Lead technical due diligence efforts with transaction, engineering teams, and stakeholders to align with project and business objectives.
  3. Manage engagement of consultants and delivery suppliers, including general contractors and specialized trades, in collaboration with procurement and internal experts.
  4. Support bid preparation, technical and commercial reviews, and implement efficient procurement programs.
  5. Coordinate with the Region Head and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones, schedules, and business goals are achieved.
  6. Oversee contractors and suppliers, manage risks, and ensure site safety compliance.
  7. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance with standards and regulations.
  8. Collaborate to deliver workspaces emphasizing wellness, sustainability, and certifications like LEED and Carbon Zero.
  9. Act as program integrator with CAO and Technology partners, managing technical meetings.
  10. Ensure PM Web is the primary source for project data, reporting, and approvals, maintaining compliance.
  11. Prepare monthly reports, monitor budgets, and manage design/construction changes for timely financial closure.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in construction, project management, engineering, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience managing all phases of corporate construction and fit-out projects, leading multiple complex projects.
  • Experience as an internal project manager within a corporate real estate context across EMEA markets.
  • Knowledge of commercial architecture, interior renovation, workplace planning, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Proven fiscal accountability throughout the project lifecycle, including post-occupancy.
  • Excellent client service, project profitability, leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong programming and space planning capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-standard project management tools.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written.
