Job summary

The Company is seeking a Deputy CTO to partner with the CTO to run our global engineering organization, ensuring our high-frequency trading and asset management platforms scale reliably while enabling an ambitious AI transformation.

You will own engineering delivery, resilience, budget, and organizational health across divisions, leading platform modernization, data governance, and regulatory compliance (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2).

Qualifications

• Trading & crypto infrastructure with low-latency distributed systems.
• Experience across multiple divisions and platform consolidations.
• Regulated environments exposure (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2).
• Operational deputy to a technical founder or CTO.
• Growth & M&A engineering integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day global engineering operations and OKRs.
• Lead multi-year platform consolidation and data governance.
• Own security/regulatory commitments (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2).
• Manage global engineering budget and vendor relationships.
• Mentor VPs and scale teams across Europe and the US.
