About the Role

You will be responsible for defining the company's technical vision, overseeing product development, managing the engineering team, and ensuring the scalability and security of our platform. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record as a CTO or VP of Engineering in a startup environment.
• Extensive experience in AI/Machine Learning, software architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling technology products and teams.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing remote engineering teams effectively.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing technology budgets.
