Job summary

West Sussex Mind in Worthing is seeking an experienced Deputy Service Manager to oversee the out-of-hours crisis drop-in. The role involves 25 hours of service delivery weekly, with additional administrative duties and line management responsibilities, starting on/after 1 December 2026.

• Organise and lead the day-to-day delivery of the service and take responsibility for supporting and supervising colleagues.
• Line manage the team and supervise Mental Health and Peer Support Workers and NHS Mental Health Practitioners.
• Cover 25 hours of service delivery each week (including some weekend working) with remaining hours for administration and duties.
