Avante Care & Support Ltd in West Malling is seeking a Deputy Clinical Home Manager to lead our new Malling Grange home.

You will provide hands-on nursing leadership, assess care needs, shape care plans, and drive high standards of resident care while coordinating with the opening team starting at Pilgrims View, Snodland.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin and residential care experience.
• Strong care planning and documentation skills.
• Proven leadership and a track record of implementing change.

Deputy Clinical Home Manager Required – Malling Grange

Join the opening team at Malling Grange, our brand-new luxury care home opening in Autumn 2026.

Designed around luxurious interiors and modern care technology, Malling Grange will offer spacious en-suite bedrooms, elegant lounges, a café/bistro, cinema, hair salon, landscaped gardens, wellbeing spaces and four individually themed care suites

Please note: Whilst Malling Grange is being prepared for opening, successful applicants will initially work at Pilgrims View, 19 Roberts Road, Snodland, ME6 5HL, before transferring to Malling Grange when the home opens.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic nursing leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to provide hands-on, visible nursing leadership. You’ll take charge of assessing care needs, shaping responsive care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care for residents .
