East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a suitably qualified Therapist/ Psychologist to join Bedfordshire Talking Therapies as Deputy Clinical Lead. You will have accreditation and extensive experience in therapeutic interventions, lead in KPI delivery, and work with the clinical lead to enhance service quality and performance.

Some work may be community-based and require travel across the county. The role includes line management and clinical supervision for Team Leaders and therapists,

Qualifications

• Accredited Counselling/Clinical Psychologist or CBT/Relational trained therapist.
• Recognised formal training in clinical supervision.
• Minimum two years in a Team Leader/Lead Clinician role in healthcare.
• Experience with anxiety and depression and a wide range of psychological problems.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and managing HR issues.

Responsabilités

• Deliver effective KPI performance and support growth and strategy for Bedfordshire Talking Therapies.
• Provide line management and clinical supervision to Team Leaders and therapists.
• Recruitment, placement and supervision of service staff, including trainees.
• Coordinate projects and liaise with different staff groups across the service.
• Travel regularly across the county to support service delivery.
