Job summary

Bedfordshire Talking Therapies is seeking an experienced Deputy Clinical Lead to work with the clinical lead to enhance clinical quality and KPI performance. The post holder will supervise Team Leaders and therapists, lead in specialist clinical work and coordinate projects across the service.

Some community-based or flexible working and travel across the county are expected. The role requires accreditation as a Therapist or Psychologist and a proven track record in leading talking therapies,

Qualifications

• Qualified Therapist or Psychologist with HCPC/NMC registration.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role in Talking Therapies or similar.
• Experience delivering high-quality CBT/Relational therapy.
• Experience in performance management and KPI delivery.
• Ability to travel across the county and work flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality CBT/Relational therapy to individuals and groups.
• Provide line management and clinical supervision to team leads and therapists.
• Lead in specialist clinical work and disseminate expertise.
• Use data to monitor KPI metrics and service performance.
• Support recruitment, placements and supervision.
