Job summary

NHS Jobs in Bedfordshire Talking Therapies service seeks a Deputy Lead to support clinical and managerial duties within a busy CBT/Relational therapy setting. You will provide specialist supervision, lead in a specialty area, and ensure adherence to Trust policies while promoting a healthy therapeutic culture.

You will deputise for the Clinical Lead at meetings, manage performance reviews, and develop personal CPD while liaising with primary and secondary care colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise and provide professional oversight in a talking therapies service.
• Ability to develop and maintain good professional relationships with mental health colleagues.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, policy adherence and ethical guidelines.

• Provide high quality line management to colleagues across the service.
• Lead in specialist clinical work and disseminate expertise within the service.
• Promote a healthy therapeutic culture and ensure CPD and clinical supervision for staff.
