Job summary

Bedfordshire Talking Therapies Service is seeking a Deputy Clinical Lead to drive KPI performance and shape service strategy. You will supervise Team Leaders, provide clinical supervision, and support recruitment and staff development across the service.

The role requires accreditation and substantial leadership experience in talking therapies, with flexibility for travel and community-based work as needed.

Qualifications

• Accredited Counselling/Clinical Psychologist or CBT/Relational trained therapist.
• Recognised formal training in clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality CBT/Relational therapy to individuals and groups.
• Provide line management and clinical supervision for Team Leaders.
• Recruitment, placement and supervision of positions across the service.
• Travel across the county and flexible working as needed.
