Qualifications

• Extensive senior or sub-Board level operational leadership within the NHS.
• Experience delivering statutory and national performance standards across planned and unplanned care.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale operational recovery and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership to Directors of Operations across four Clinical Divisions.
• Identify emerging risks, ensure expertise and support, and standardise Trust-wide approaches.
• Represent the COO internally and externally and lead during periods of operational pressure.
