NHS National Services Scotland in Oban is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Band 6) to lead and coordinate clinical teams, deliver patient-centred care, and support development of junior staff.
You will provide clinical leadership for Level 2 critical care, participate in quality improvement, and ensure safety and governance. NMC registration and at least 4 years post-registration experience are essential; ALS qualification encouraged.
