The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach, a good team player, have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to develop their leadership and management skills.

The Senior Staff Nurse is required to undertake clinical and managerial duties as the workload requires and will deputise for the Senior Charge Nurse in their absence and support and supervise junior staff and students on placement.
