Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing Booking reports for all Hospitality including occasional out of hours events
  2. Supporting the General Catering Manager in providing all on-site facilities for our client including restaurant, coffee shop, and hospitality services
  3. Liaising with the Front of House team to ensure delivery meets company standards
  4. Working with the GM to ensure all financial targets are met including costings and labour requirements
  5. Representing the on-site G&G team in a professional manner
  6. Managing the Front of House team and ensuring all team training is completed
  7. Working with the Kitchen team to keep the Hospitality menu fresh and enticing
  8. Demonstrating people management skills
