Agincare is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across New Milton and Southampton services. You will lead multiple teams, drive high standards of care, and maintain excellent communication with families and health professionals.

The role involves rota management, budget support, and on-call duties to ensure consistent, person-centred outcomes. Applicants should have QCF Level 4/5 or equivalent, strong leadership, and a valid UK driving licence.

• Strong communication with people we support, families and professionals.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Support Registered Manager with oversight of multiple services, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Lead line management and development of staff across services.
• Ensure operational and quality assurance KPIs are met.
• Promote positive relationships with people we support, families and stakeholders.
• Prepare, manage and oversee staff rotas across services.
• Assist with budget management and financial discipline.
