Roseberry Care Centres' Chichester Court is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in delivering compassionate, person-centred care across the home. The role requires a qualified nurse with leadership potential, strong communication, and a commitment to team development.

You’ll oversee care plans, staffing, and mentoring, working 40 hours per week (8 supernumerary and 32 on the floor). We offer competitive pay, ongoing training, and genuine career progression across 25 homes.

Formación

• Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with valid NMC PIN.
• Leadership experience or desire to progress into a senior role.
• Caring, confident communicator with strong team spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Support the overall management of the home.
• Lead and motivate care teams to deliver outstanding care.
• Ensure care plans are up-to-date and tailored to individual needs.
• Handle staffing, rotas and mentoring of team members.
• Promote a warm, welcoming and safe environment for everyone.
