Job summary

Right at Home UK is seeking an ambitious Deputy Care Manager for Camberley and surrounding areas to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality home care.

You will supervise the care team, ensure compliance with CQC standards and contribute to service improvements while developing toward a future Registered Manager role.

A driver with daily access to a reliable car is required; salary up to £29,000 and 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering outstanding care.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident supporting and managing a team.
• Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to prioritise effectively.
• Experienced in care with CQC requirements.
• Working towards QCF Level 5 in Social Care; driver with reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day service management.
• Maintain high standards of care, compliance and CQC readiness.
• Supervise, support and develop the care team.
• Monitor KPIs and complete required reporting.
• Support staff training, induction, appraisals and development.
• Review and improve processes for a high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, families and professionals as required.
• Help cover care calls as the business grows.
• Participate in an out-of-hours on-call system.
