Lifeways is hiring a Deputy Manager for a brand-new 6-bed learning disabilities service in Glenrothes, Fife. You will support the Registered Manager to lead the team, shape high-quality care, and empower people to lead more independent lives.

Join a strong leader who champions person-centred support, safety, and continuous improvement, with a focus on autism and learning disabilities. A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable, with 3 years in social care in a supervisory role.

Formación

• A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care is desirable (or working towards).
• Experience supporting people living with autism and learning disabilities.
• 3 years experience within social care with proven supervisory level.

• Support the Registered Manager to inspire and develop the team of support workers.
• Drive service improvements and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with your team, families, outside professionals, and communities.
