Job summary

Bridge Oak Care Homes is seeking a Deputy Manager for The Oakes in Huddersfield. The role is permanent, full-time (33 hours per week) with a mix of nights and days, and involves leading a care team to deliver person-centred care and maintain high standards.

You will work closely with the Home Manager, supervise staff, liaise with healthcare professionals and relatives, and ensure smooth operation, safety and quality assurance across the home.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communications with the Home Manager and staff.
• Supervise visits and liaise with GPs and health professionals.
• Take responsibility for Resident care as designated by the Home Manager.
