Quantum Care is seeking a Deputy Home Manager for Melwood Grange, Royston, a 73-bed care home built to offer high-quality, dignified care. This full-time, perm role includes a 37-hour week with a £40,477 per annum salary, based in Hertfordshire countryside with premium facilities and a strong supportive team.

You will share leadership with the Home Manager, ensuring smooth home operation and care quality while promoting residents’ independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Previous Experience as a Deputy or Team Leader required
• Leadership experience
• Essential to hold a Level 3 or Level 4 in Health & Social Care
• You’ll combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills.

• You will be sharing responsibility with the Home Manger to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home

We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager to join our welcoming team at Melwood Grange Care Home in Royston. A luxury, 73 bed purpose-built care home set in the Hertfordshire countryside, Melwood Grange offers exceptional care in stylish surroundings, with premium facilities including a cinema, café, hair and beauty salon, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will provide compassionate person‑cantered care and support residents with respect and dignity to maintain independence.

What You’ll Bring
