Quantum Care is seeking a Deputy Home Manager for Melwood Grange in Royston. This full-time role, 37 hours per week, offers a competitive salary of £40,477 per annum and a supportive team environment in a luxury 73-bed care home.

You will work alongside the Home Manager to ensure smooth operation, deliver person-centred care, and lead the team with strong management and communication skills.

Formación

• Prior experience as a Deputy or Team Leader
• Leadership experience
• Level 3 or Level 4 in Health & Social Care
• Strong management and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Share responsibility with the Home Manager for the smooth operation of the home
• Help ensure we provide the best care for residents while maximizing quality of life
