Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group invites an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager at Millbeck Stockton on Tees. You will lead a compassionate team, uphold high-quality, person-centred care, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a supportive environment.

You’ll supervise staff, oversee care plans and audits, and maintain strong links with residents, families and external agencies while demonstrating commitment to CQC standards and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership in residential or nursing care.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
• Regulatory standards experience in care home settings.
