Job description

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Care Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Folkestone, Kent area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

This care home provides 24-hour support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and challenging behaviour.

To be considered for this position, you must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Home Manager in ensuring that the home is maintained in accordance with our regulatory bodies.
2. Show a willingness to manage the senior team to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home to regulatory standards.
3. Support the Home Manager in managing resources to ensure sales and profits are maximised.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

1. Have an understanding of person-centred, needs-led, and outcome-based service.
2. Committed to quality care and service provision.
3. Able to work under pressure.
4. Able to maintain confidentiality.
5. Demonstrable and proven managerial experience within a similar role and to have had responsibilities for the management and supervision of a staff team.

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP13.80 per hour, with an annual salary of GBP28,704 per annum.
