Deputy Branch Operations Manager, Cambridge

This role involves leading and motivating our team to deliver excellent service, ensuring all employees are trained and engaged, and maintaining high standards of safety and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch team to provide outstanding service.
• Demonstrate commitment to Securitas Core Values: Integrity, Vigilance, Helpfulness.
• Plan workforce resourcing and training to meet operational needs.
• Manage staff performance, retention, and compliance with safety policies.
• Monitor costs and ensure efficient expenditure.
• Conduct regular security audits and site assessments.
• Work closely with the Branch Operations Manager on strategic initiatives.
• Enhance employee engagement and development through training and welfare visits.
• Handle disciplinary, grievance, and talent management processes.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• SIA licence
• Driving Licence
• 5+ years of employment or education history
• Right to work in the UK
• At least 1 year of operational management experience
• 5+ years in the security industry
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Understanding of health & safety and business intelligence tools
